Refund policy

Merchandise will be accepted for return within 15 days after shipment. It must be unused and in new condition. You must contact us by phone or e-mail for authorization and instructions before returning any item.

• Returns will be subject to a 5% restocking fee plus the original cost of shipping within the 15 day return window.
• Any discounted (on sale) products sold are ineligible for return, exchange, or replacement.
• If the merchandise received is damaged or defective you will receive a full refund for the merchandise, not including shipping costs.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
• Any current sales and promotional pricing cannot be applied for refund or exchanges to previous purchases.
