 What is the return policy?

At Angling Sports, we want you to love your gear as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, merchandise may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a refund—just make sure it’s unused and in brand-new condition. Please contact us by phone or email before sending anything back so we can provide authorization and instructions. Returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee and the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Please note that sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced. If an item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right with a full refund for the merchandise (excluding shipping). Refunds are always issued to your original payment method. Current sales or promotions cannot be retroactively applied to previous purchases.

What are the shipping options?

At Angling Sports, we offer fast and reliable shipping across Canada, with free shipping on all orders over $150 (before tax). Some exceptions apply for oversized items such as fishing rods, augers, downriggers, and ice shelters/huts, which have flat-rate shipping fees due to size and handling requirements. All orders outside of Ontario include a $10 handling fee. We currently ship nationwide across Canada and temporarily do not ship to the United States due to ongoing tariff restrictions. Every order is carefully packed by our experienced team to ensure your fishing gear arrives in perfect condition, ready for your next adventure. When will I receive my order?

We process all online orders within 24 hours of receiving them, so you can get your gear as quickly as possible. While shipping times are not guaranteed, most orders within Ontario arrive in 2–5 business days, and national orders may take slightly longer depending on location and carrier delays. Oversized items like fishing rods, augers, downriggers, or ice huts may require extra handling time and are shipped using flat-rate freight options. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way. 

Please note that we’re not currently shipping to the United States. If you have questions about your order status or delivery time, contact our friendly team anytime at info@anglingsports.ca we’re happy to help.

Free in-store pickup is also available. Just select it at checkout and we’ll let you know when your order’s ready.

Where are you located?

You can find Angling Sports at 681 Highbury Ave N, London, ON N5W 4L4. We’re conveniently located just off Highbury Avenue, making it easy for anglers from across Southwestern Ontario to stop in for expert advice, top brands, and a massive selection of fishing gear. Whether you’re after muskie tackle, carp rigs, trolling reels, or Simms waders, we’ve got something for every angler and every season.

Our store hours are:

  • Monday–Wednesday: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
  • Thursday–Friday: 9 a.m. – 7 p.m.
  • Saturday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • Sunday: 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.

 How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

If you need to make changes to your order after it’s been placed, contact the Angling Sports team as soon as possible. Orders are usually processed within 24 hours, so reaching out quickly gives us the best chance to update your order before it ships. 

You can email us at info@anglingsports.ca or call 519-649-7429 during store hours. Once an order has been shipped, we’re unable to make modifications, but we’ll do our best to help find a solution. 

Whether you need to update your address, adjust items, or cancel your order, our friendly staff will work with you to make sure everything’s right before your gear hits the water.

What would I do if I never received my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, don’t worry we’ll help you sort it out. First, check your shipping confirmation email for your tracking number to see the latest update from the carrier. Sometimes weather or courier delays can affect delivery times. 

If your tracking shows no movement for several days or the package appears lost, please contact us at info@anglingsports.ca or call 519-649-7429 with your order number. 

We’ll work directly with the shipping provider to locate your package. At Angling Sports, we take pride in ensuring every angler gets their gear safely and on time.

What do I do if I receive a defective order?

If you receive an item that’s damaged, defective, or not performing as expected, reach out to us right away at info@anglingsports.ca or 519-649-7429. Please include your order number and photos of the defect or damage so our team can review the issue quickly. 

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund according to the manufacturer’s warranty and our return policy. At Angling Sports, we stand behind every product we sell from premium brands like Shimano, Daiwa, and Simms to specialty muskie and carp gear and we’ll make sure you’re completely satisfied before your next trip to the water.

How do I make sure I order the correct size?

Most of the clothing and gear we sell, like Simms waders, rain gear, and boots follows standard North American sizing, so you can usually order your normal size with confidence. If an item fits larger or smaller than average, we’ll always mention it clearly in the product description. For wading boots and outerwear, you’ll also find brand-specific size charts and helpful notes to guide your choice.
